How often can I schedule a clean?We offer bi-weekly and monthly scheduling!

Do clients need to provide any cleaning products?Absolutely not! We carry every product and tool needed to get your house squeaky clean! Although we absolutely accept and are willing to use any preferred product provided by the client.

Why is there a cancellation fee? And what is it?Good Question! This ensures that our scheduling stays intact and no business is lost. We kindly ask that if you'd like to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment 75% of the cleaning cost will be charged. If we are turned away at the door the full price will be charged.

Why is there a "first time" cleaning fee?This applies to residential cleanings that have never hired a professional cleaning service, or that have not been professionally cleaned in more than 2 months. First time cleaning's have a tendency to take much longer, because of this there is a small fee of $20.

Is it okay if my pets are out?YES! Whether they are crated or like to hang out while we clean, we are an extremely pet-friendly company and love seeing your furry friends!
